Right click on your picture and copy the picture location.
In the area for your article you can insert the picuture using

the website location you copied.
It’s all free to use and pretty easy also.

There is a problem when using apostrophes.
The program does not like them.
There are two options;
1) Write your article in a word processor then using   the
    find and replace command find all apostrophes and replace with
    the character "alt"0146 this actually works.

I’ve found this example below works.

It is best to write your article in a word processor to start.
Then I copy and paste it into notepad, then copy and paste
it in the article section on the website. When you click submit
it will not look proper but when you go back it will be fine.
By copying and pasting the article you lose all the extra
code that the programs add to the text.

As the site administrator I am not a writer.
Though I have opinions and ideas and I do
write about them I’m not a professional writer.
